The new Odyssey Jim Cielencki PC pedals have been out for a little while now, but they only produced a limited quantity as of now. They seem pretty cool and I'd really like to get my hands on some to try out. From what I've heard they feel stiffer than regular PC pedals and they have the same great shape as the original JC pedals. The two halves are replaceable and held together with the pins of the pedal. You can adjust how tight or loose the bearings spin by adjusting the tension of the pins.
There's an instruction manual here that Odyssey just put up so that you can read all the technical stuff that goes into these things.
