Finally received my NiteRider MiNewt.350 after a brief delay. I charged it up and mounted it to my Surly Steamroller. The light is awesome.
I took the fixed gear out on Wednesday night's ride, which was a good decision. Gumby decided to be a criminal and steal his wife's Salsa Casseroll for the night and Ari was out on his new Cross Check with internal 8 speed and generator hub.
Rode out to Kirkland from DeKalb, hung out at the gas station and had a good ol' time.
My legs got pretty worn out from battling the wind, but riding fixed gear is a lot of fun. I think I'll be doing it more often.
