Brewin' with the Boyz

My good buds Joe and Bryce have been brewing beer for a few years now. I've known them since high school, and now that I'm living near them again, I've had many opportunities to sample their latest work. I knew they were always brewing good stuff, but man, they've really stepped it up.

If I didn't know any better, I'd think that their stuff was some professionally brewed product that came out of a well established brewery, and not some guy's kitchen in the burbs. In fact, the beer they're making is probably better than 80% of the readily attainable craft beers out there. Not even exaggerating. They do their research and know what their doing. Joe's been putting in a lot of time over at Pipeworks Brewery in Chicago, and that's apparently done nothing but make their product that much better.

Joe has recently been incorporating raspberries and using some new dry-hopping techniques that have yielded some phenomenal stuff. SCIENCE. If you're interested in getting a sample, let me know and I'll get you in touch with them.
