Knog Blinder Road Light

I had the pleasure of seeing this light from Knog in person at Frostbike a couple weeks ago. I was honestly EXTREMELY impressed by this. It's the first of Knog's lights intended for "seeing" and lighting up the road in front of you rather than just making yourself visible. The 2 Cree LEDs (one wide and one narrow beam) can be controlled individually so that one will illuminate your path and the other will blink, or they can both be set to a steady beam and give you up to 200 lumens of light. The best part is that these are USB rechargeable and include a neat rubberized USB cable. I think Knog has recently been doing a fantastic job of combining good design and aesthetics with functional lighting technology to create products that actually work and look damn good.

Below are the couple of photos I snapped of the light at Frostbike, which you may have already seen here:

The Great Frostbike Photo-dump

Yet another Frostbike came and went. As usual, it was a blast and I had a ton of fun hangin out with good friends, meeting nice new people, and drooling over some amazing products. I took a ton of photos and I'm too tired from uploading/sorting/editing everything to write much of a description, but they're pretty self-explanatory. A big thanks to QBP for putting on an awesome show and taking great care of everyone who attended. I'm always blown away by their hospitality and thoughtfulness. Also a big thanks to Handsome Cycles and One-On-One Bike Studio for putting on a killer party at the Cutter's Ball, and to Sram for providing the many kegs of beer. I might dedicate a separate post just for Cutter's Ball photos, but we'll see if I find the motivation...

Anyways, enjoy a bunch of photos of cool bike stuff below...
