Fairweather Frame Packs and Bottle Cage

I love everything about these new frame bags and bottle cage from Japanese company, Fairweather. Yeah, they're a lot like Revelate bags, but I like how the two frame packs can be combined in the triangle of the frame, or used separately, depending on how much storage you require. The branding looks good too, and "Real Tree" camo never hurts. I love the look of that side-access bottle cage too - very minimal.







By the way, they also make a sick Pannier/backpack!

Japanese Custom Cross Check

I've always been very interested in the custom bikes that are built up in Japan, specifically the Surlys. The folks over there seem to put so much creativity into their builds, making them truly custom, with consideration for every little detail including custom paint and decals. You just don't see some of that stuff over here. At least not as often.

Japanese Diamondback Road Bike

Once in a while, cool old road bikes come through the shop for repair or restoration. This retro Japanese-made Diamondback road bike with 105 components and rad paint job was too cool to not photograph. Click "read more", for a couple more pics after the jump!
