Preparing For Winter at the Shop

We got the TacX Bushido set up in the shop. This thing is actually really cool. It includes software that allows the trainer to hook up to your computer for Virtual Training. Basically, it's like a video game for your bike. The resistance changes relative to the terrain in the virtual course, which makes things more fun. Come check it out for yourself at The Shop.

Ari spent a good amount of time testing it out. The Bushido will make you sweat!

Also, we have a winter clinic coming up on December 2nd. We'll be showing the good people of DeKalb how to stay active this winter. We'll be talking about snowshoes, snow bikes, winter gear and how to keep commuting by bike in the cold weather.
