Went out with Hellmutt for a short ride the other day. We haven't been on the bikes in a while and we both felt pretty stiff. It's easy to get out of shape! Now that the snow's gone I hope to be getting out more often. Watch out for sneaky patches of ice out on the gravel.

I wish you a Happy New Year. The stiffness must come from the crystalization caused by the cheap beer that you and your friend Dr. Hellmut consume on a nightly basis. Jay and I have also been stiff so don;t feel ashamed. The older you get the stiffer you get. So it goes.
I hope we ride more this year and that Hellmut recovers from his emotio-pscyhological stress.
