Heritage Pizza Cruise

Not all bike rides are about going fast, or having an "adventure". Sometimes it's just about hanging out, drinking a couple beers, riding through the city, and ending up at a cool pizza place to chow down on some real tasty grub. Thank you Heritage Bikes, for reminding us all of this important truth. Also thanks for the free beer and slice of 'za at Dimo's. By the way, I don't believe we could have possibly had better weather for this. Talk about good luck.

Heritage makes some fantastic bikes, that are really the perfect blend of practical city-riding functionality and good aesthetic.

I had never been to Wrigleyville before this day, and I don't foresee returning any time soon.

Dimo's makes some excellent pizza, but I managed to somehow make this tomato pesto slice look far from it.

Carbon Tigers played a set at Dimo's while we ate. It was the perfect end to an awesome afternoon.

Weekend Cruisin' / Handlebar Talk

For those of you living outside of the midwest, here is proof that spring weather has actually begun to show here in northern Illinois. Last Sunday was around 60°F, and we went out to Busse Woods and cruised around in the sun. It felt good.

Many more photos and some words about my new handlebars after the jump. Click below.
